FlipFeedback started with a simple frustration: the people closest to a campaign had no single place to see what their audience actually thought. So we built one.
Our story
FlipFeedback began in 2024 as a side project between two friends who had each spent years on marketing and data teams. Every quarter they watched the same pattern: feedback scattered across surveys, replies, reviews, and support tickets, then stitched together by hand the night before a planning meeting.
They figured the collecting and stitching should be the software's job, leaving people free to do the thinking. That idea became a feedback inbox with analytics built in, and today FlipFeedback helps marketing and growth teams turn a noisy stream of signals into trends they can act on.
We are a small, focused team based remotely across North America, and we are building deliberately: shipping steadily, listening to our own customers, and keeping the product simple as it grows.
